RETURN POLICY
Try your item in the own comfort of your home and if for any reasons you might need to return it. You have 30 days to return your purchase, providing that it is in its original condition and packaging. Once the item arrives at our facilities and is verified you will be reimbursed within 10 days.
Aside from our Polo Boots, Accessories and Bespoke products that are crafted and shipped from our atelier in Argentina, the rest of our collection is crafted an shipped from Spain.

European Union Shipments
Casa Fagliano offers free shipping for any orders made in the European Union. Shipments are made through DHL Express Delivery.
To avoid incidents or delays in the delivery process of your order, it is essential to fill in the telephone number contact that will be provided to the transport company.
European shipments, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days through DHL.
International Shipments
For shipping outside the European Union, cost will vary depending on the country. Shipments are made through DHL Express Delivery.
For orders outside the European Union, the shipping cost will be indicated at the end of the purchase process.
Shipments are made through DHL agencies.
To avoid incidents or delays in the delivery process of your order, it is essential to fill in the telephone number contact that will be provided to the transport company.
International shipments (oustide EU), the estimated delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days through DHL.
The delivery deadlines are approximate and based on the services of our logistics operators. Remote areas and holidays can mean that the delivery timing will increase over the aforementioned deadlines.
Shipments are made Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Tracking your Order
Once your order has been delivered to the agency, you will receive an informative email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your package and check the status of your shipment.
Sizes Changes
European Union countries.
In case you need a change of size, Casa Fagliano will take care of the picking-up costs. Casa Fagliano will only take on the costs for a single change of size. If the client should require a second change of size for the same item, the cost for picking-up the item will be 60 euros.
Keep in mind that the item purchased can only be changed as long as it is in perfect condition, has not been used and has not suffered any damage. For this reason, we recommend that you try your shoes on a carpet or surface that does not damage or scratch the sole.
We also recommend not bending the foot so that the skin does not suffer any wrinkles that impede its return.
Customized items or items that have been modified at the customer’s request will NOT be subject to any change or refund.
In addition, the request for a change in size may not exceed the period of 30 calendar days upon the receipt of the product.
To proceed with the product change, please read the following steps:
– Send an email to sales@casafagliano.com requesting the change and including the pertinent information.
– Await our response authorising the change, followed by instructions on how to proceed, before sending the item.
– Repackage the product with the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Include all the accessories and the original documentation.
– Place the label of the transport company, that we will provide you, on a visible area
– The customer must then drop off the package at an Access Point of the transport company, which will be communicated to you
Countries outside the European Union.

* Changes from CHINA or RUSSIA must be made by postal mail and the costs and management of the shipment shall be at the charge of the customer.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been sent yet. Keep in mind that your order can be shipped on the same day or on the first working day after you have place your order.
To make the cancellation, please contact our customer service through the e-mail info@fagliano.com.
If the order has already left our stores, it can no longer be canceled, you may however return your order once it arrives.
Returns
For all countries
Our goal is to insure each client’s complete satisfaction. If for any reason upon receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied and do not wish to make a change, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return.
Please note that customized products or those that have been modified in any way at the client’s request will not be able to be returned.
Cost of the return
Return of imperfect product or product that do not correspond with your purchase:
If the reason for the return corresponds to an imperfection/damage of the ordered item or an erroneous item, Casa Fagliano will assume the costs and will proceed to refunding the amount paid by the customer.
Procedure for a refund due to an imperfection/damage:
– You must contact us at the email info@fagliano.com indicating the details of the order to return and images of the imperfection/damage that is the cause of your request to return the item.
– We will contact you as soon as possible to give you the corresponding instructions to make the return and provide the necessary documentation to carry it out.
– Casa Fagliano will not accept any return that hasn’t been authorised first
Requested Refunds
On the other hand, if the customer requests a return for reasons unrelated to a damage or a product that doesn’t correspond to the order, the customer must take charge of the management and costs arising from the return including the costs from CUSTOMS originated by the return of the order, this amount will automatically be deducted from the refund.
Procedure for a refund at the customer’s expense:
– Contact us at info@fagliano.com and indicate the details of the order you wish to return and the reasons.
– We will contact you to give you the authorisation for the return.
– After being authorised, reinsert the product in the original packaging and in the same state in which it was delivered. Include all the accessories and the original documentation.
For shipments outside the European Union we recommend indicating, both on the outside of the package and on the invoice inside the box, that it is a “Return of product”. In this way you will avoid paying customs charges again.
– In this case the client must manage the shipment by their own means and bear the expenses of the shipment.
– The package must be delivered at the following address:

– The customer must proceed to return the product within a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the approval of return by Casa Fagliano.
– Once the product has been received, Casa Fagliano will assess the state of the product and will proceed to refund the amount paid by the client, provided that the state of the returned product is correct.
Note:
– Casa Fagliano will not accept any return that have not been previously authorised.
– Casa Fagliano will not be responsible for any Customs expenses that the refund may generate.
– Casa Fagliano will NOT accept shipments postage due.
When will I receive my refund
Once the return has been approved, you will receive the transaction amount on the same account that was used to purchase the items.
